Engineering is a tool.
The product is the point.

Director of Engineering · Xurrent

I've built backend systems at early-stage companies — a ChatOps product that pivoted, an AI cargo forecasting platform, and incident management infrastructure. What those different domains taught me: the engineering only matters when it ships something people actually use.

In 2022, the Zenduty founders called me back to lead engineering through the company's next chapter — eventually to its acquisition by Xurrent. I run small, high-trust teams that own their work end to end. Good culture, I've found, is mostly built outside of engineering: in how people treat each other, whether they're growing, and whether they genuinely want to be there.
